On behalf of the Mayor's Office of Shymkent city, I congratulate you with the start of the 5th Building&Interiors ShymkentBuild 2019 Exhibition.
Shymkent city is a large industrial center accounting for a dominant share in the regional industrial production volume, and in summer 2018 Shymkent officially became the city of republican significance. Development of the third major city of the country is closely connected with the construction industry. According to the data of the Ministry of Investments and Development of RK, 2018 in Shymkent city demonstrated a significant 9% growth of housing construction rate. Ontustik Special Economic Zone is successfully working in the region. The new Shymkent City project, which includes a large-scale construction of the new administrative and residential district of Shymkent city, is being implemented within the frame of the Shymkent city development Concept.
The construction industry, like any other field of material production, needs continuous renovation and modernization, increasing construction quality, the growth of housing and industrial construction volumes, reformation of the housing and utilities infrastructure. The arrangement of the specialized exhibition ShymkentBuild in one of the fast-growing regions of Kazakhstan testifies about promising prospects in the field of investments into construction industry of the South Kazakhstan region. Also, at the exhibition platform, the representatives of the construction industry will be able to get information on the level of consumers' demand, needs of potential customers. Besides, such exhibitions allow demonstration of an advanced global construction industry experience. Developers, investors, buyers, manufacturers of construction materials, specialists in the field of housing and utility infrastructure get acquainted here with innovations in the industry, learn about different projects progress, find partners, consent business development strategies for their business under the market trends.

We, as a Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Shymkent city, are glad to welcome all participants and visitors of the annual International ShymkentBuild 2019 Exhibition. Our city faces ambitious tasks, including those in the construction sector. For this purpose, we have both human resources, experience, large-scale targets, and a vision. The construction sector is one of the main directions for the economic development of the region.
Each year the platform of the Entrepreneurial center of the country gathers advanced companies, demonstrating its products, state-of-the-art technologies, discussing joint projects, sharing their experience.
During the years of its work the Exhibition has many times proved its status as an essential event. Quite literally it can be called an indicator of the industry because each year we demonstrate here our professional success, achievements, and innovations, enhance already existing and build new business relationships. Now, when constructors need to solve highly sophisticated tasks, the industrial exhibition can also be called a generator of creative energy. Let ShymkentBuild 2019 bring to light the most prospective fields in the construction industry.

On behalf of the Kazakhstan Center for Housing and Public Utilities Modernization and Development JSC, I am glad to welcome the participants and guests of the 5th annual South Kazakhstan Construction and Interior Exhibition ShymkentBild 2019!
The fact that in 2018, Shymkent officially became a city of republican significance is attached to the exhibition great importance. The development of the third metropolis of the country is inextricably linked with the sphere of construction and modernization of housing and communal services.
Today, the housing and utilities sector pays special attention. The head of state has repeatedly stressed the importance of reforming the industry to increase the transparency of business processes and improve the quality of the population’s life. The government is doing a lot of work to achieve these purposes: the improvement of legislation, introducing new technologies and the beginning of the digital transformation of the industry. All these measures will allow moving to a qualitatively new level of development and optimizing the activity of the entire housing and public utilities sector in Kazakhstan.
Today we all have the opportunity to get acquainted with the latest achievements in the field of housing and communal services for their subsequent implementation in the widespread practice. Today, the construction industry is overgrowing, and this exhibition is the most expected event for construction society of our countries. Construction of residential and social important properties significantly impact the improvement of the social and economic situation of our countries and will facilitate the increase in the number of working places and the growth of our citizens’ welfare.
Within today's difficult situation the exhibition is of particular importance and significance, attracting the attention of Russian and foreign companies, giving the opportunity to demonstrate recent achievements and get acquainted with the advanced international experience. On behalf of the Kazakhstan Exhibition Company ITECA LLP and its partner in Central Asia and the Caucasus the International Exhibition Company ITE Group Plc we welcome participants and guests of the 5th South-Kazakhstan Building and Interiors ShymkentBuild 2019 Exhibition and South-Kazakhstan Exhibition “Energy, Electrical Equipment and Machine building” – Powerexpo Shymkent 2019.
With the development of the region, construction of new and modernization of current facilities on the local market, there is an increasing need to deal with issues such as power saving and power efficiency for business facilities. In this regard, for the first time, the Powerexpo Shymkent Exhibition will take place concurrently with ShymkentBuild Exhibition.
This year the exhibition will gather domestic and foreign manufacturers and suppliers of construction and finishing materials, reinforced concrete structures, construction equipment, electrical equipment, as well as heating, ventilation, and water supply systems.
